What is the purpose and legal basis for processing your personal data?
We process personal data pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO, which is necessary for the fulfilment of obligations arising from contractual relationships with our business partners or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, in particular for the creation of your user access on the platform, correspondence and invoicing. This includes, in particular, title, first name, last name, a valid email address, address, telephone number (landline and/or mobile), account details.

We may also process personal data for advertising purposes (e.g. for event invitations, reports on projects, product information, promotional offers) for our own services, this is a legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO; you may object to this processing at any time.
Who has access to your personal data?

Your personal data will only be disclosed to third parties if this is necessary for the purpose of contract processing (e.g. for project communication, for the delivery of products within the scope of contract fulfilment), if you have expressly consented to the disclosure (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO) or if data protection law permits such disclosure. Categories of recipients of personal data are in particular IT service providers. In these cases, our data processing is carried out by a service provider who is bound by instructions in accordance with data protection law and is not permitted to use the data for any other purpose.

How long do we store your personal data?

We store personal data for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose of processing in compliance with the statutory retention periods (e.g. in accordance with the German Commercial Code and the German Fiscal Code, ten years for tax-relevant documents and six years for other business letters) (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. c DSGVO). Storage beyond the statutory retention periods is possible if you have consented to this in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO or the purpose of the data processing has not yet ceased.

What rights do you have?

Under the conditions of Art. 15 to 20 DSGVO, you have the right to receive information free of charge about the data we have stored about you, to have incorrect data corrected and to request the deletion or restriction of processing as well as the transferability of your personal data.

You may object to the use of data for direct marketing purposes at any time with effect for the future; you may also object to the use of data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. e or f DSGVO for reasons arising from your particular situation at any time with effect for the future, without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic rates.

If we process data on the basis of your consent, you can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future.

We would also like to inform you of your right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority. The supervisory authority responsible for us is the Saxon Data Protection Commissioner, Devrientstraße 5, 01067 Dresden.
